Package Description: Introduce children to real chocolate — artisanal Indian varieties! This fun and interactive Kids Craft Chocolate Tasting Experience is perfect for children’s birthday parties, school events, or family gatherings, with an easily-comprehensible introduction to the world of craft chocolate. Kids will taste different flavors of chocolates and have the option to participate in creative, chocolate-themed activities. This experience is designed to be both educational and fun, allowing kids to engage with high-quality chocolates in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Package Fixed Cost: ₹20,000
Package Covers: 10 kids
Per Person Charge Over Package: ₹1,500 per additional child

Inclusions:

  • Chocolate tasting with a selection of 5 kid-friendly craft chocolates, including milk, white, and mild dark chocolate varieties. 
  • Chocolate art where kids get to design/decorate their own chocolate bars with toppings provided (nuts/seeds/etc). 
  • Chocolate trivia games to learn about chocolate-making. 
  • Tasting sheets that are fun and easy-to-handle with room for chocolates, common inclusions, and garnishes.
  •  Event host and activity facilitators (based on final headcount of kids).
  •  Party favors featuring a small chocolate-themed gift for each child to take home.
  •  Setup and cleanup of activity materials.

Exclusions:

  • Venue, external setup, decor.

Add-ons:

  •  Beverage pairings such as milkshakes or other cacao drinks; starting at ₹8,000.

  •  Chocolate dessert spread; starting at ₹8,000.

  •  TBL costs for events outside of Bengaluru; ask for pricing.

Total Duration: 1.5 hours

Recommended Minimum Age: 5 to 12 years old

Package Capacity: Up to 25 kids

Anything Else:

  •  Booking lead time is a minimum of 3 weeks.
  •  A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  •  Outstation charges will apply for events outside of Bengaluru. Please contact us for pricing.

Terms and conditions

Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure that the venue is accessible to our team for place
settings and setup at least 1 hour before the event starts. The client is responsible for ensuring
there are no restrictions that could prevent our team from setting up the event (e.g., venue
restrictions, access to electricity or water).

Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage or loss to equipment, property, or
materials provided by us during the event.

In the case of damage, the client agrees to reimburse the cost of repair or replacement.

Health & Safety: All food, including chocolates and cheeses, are sourced from makers whose
standards adhere to food safety guidelines. However, the client should ensure that no guests
have food allergies or intolerances. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or other
health-related issues that arise during the event. Clients should supervise children during
interactive activities, as we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the event.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events
outside its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics). In
the event of force majeure, the client and our team will work together to reschedule or adjust
the event.

Miscellaneous: By booking the event, the client agrees to the use of event photos and videos for
promotional purposes. If the client prefers not to have photos or videos used, this must be
communicated in writing prior to the event.

Dispute Resolution: In the case of any disputes or disagreements arising from the event, both
parties agree to resolve the matter amicably and will seek mediation or legal intervention if
required.

Additional Services: Any additional services (workshops, cook-alongs, etc) not outlined in the
package details will be charged separately and must be confirmed in writing at least 2 weeks
before the event.

By booking any party package, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are
subject to change, and any amendments will be communicated in writing.
