What locations do you deliver to?
We ship within India only and use reputable courier companies.
Pin codes under our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner.
In case your delivery address is not covered by our delivery partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.
How can I track delivery of my order?
We will email you the tracking reference number and the name of our shipping partner used for your shipment. You can visit our shipping partner website and track your shipment through the tracking number.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE CHOCOLATE DOESN'T MELT WHILE DELIVERING ACROSS INDIA?
All orders are packed in thermally insulated packing to ensure the chocolate is delivered in good condition.

Do you charge additional shipping charges?
Yes, we charge an additional shipping charge. The shipping charge can change at any time in the future as it is dependent on the delivery partner.
Within Bangalore
- For orders below INR 2,500 - INR 100
- For orders above INR 2,500 - FREE
Rest of India
- Charges range from INR 250 - INR 500 depending on the Pin code

What is the standard delivery time?
Please allow 2-4 days for your order to reach you. Delivery times will depend on the terms & conditions of our delivery partners and will vary based on the destination of the shipment. (2 to 20 days)
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Craft Chocolate India cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
