Come join us in this masterclass with Chef Sana Kabra where we’ll deep dive into craft couverture chocolate. Highlighting the Indian origin Bon Fiction chocolate, we will teach you how to make 4 chocolate products.
Not only do you get to learn 4 recipes, you will also get an understanding of techniques to handle your chocolate, from tempering to moulding to making ganaches at the perfect temperature, along with tips on troubleshooting, and taking home a box of goodies that are made in class.
