Chaitanya Muppala is the founder of Manam Chocolate, a venture focused on developing India's cacao ecosystem. Based in Hyderabad, he has been instrumental in building a tree-to-bar chocolate model that connects cacao cultivation, post-harvest processing, and chocolate-making. Through Manam Chocolate, he champions the potential of Indian cacao, with a particular focus on West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, as an emerging origin for fine-flavour cacao. His work with Distinct Origins centres on improving cacao fermentation and drying, collaborating with farmers, and building a traceable supply chain that highlights the unique characteristics of West Godavari cacao. His vision is to establish the region as a recognised origin for fine-flavour cacao, creating new opportunities for Indian farmers and chocolate makers.
Parking notice: The venue does not come with provision for parking, so please be mindful to arrive using public transportation, or car pool with your loved ones for a better sustainable choice!

• Tickets grant access to the festival grounds on one day only (either Day 1/2/or 3). Tickets are non-transferable once booked.
• Entry includes access to the full festival experience and unlimited stall tastings, excluding special talks, workshops and tasting sessions.
• Festival timings are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Day 1, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Day 2 and 3.
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted for tickets once booked. They also cannot be exchanged for another day or transferred to another person.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• Kindly respect the space, vendors, and fellow visitors. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
• By purchasing this ticket, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional use by The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival.
• We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, vendor list, or features due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be updated on our official platforms.
