Package Description: See the origins of the journey of craft chocolate with a guided tour of a working cacao farm in India. Meet growers, learn about sustainable farming practices, fermentation techniques, and the early stages of chocolate production. Every experience is curated based on the season and origin location. Great for school/college groups, chocolate brands, slow travel lovers, or tourists seeking immersive farm-to-fork experiences.

Inclusions:
- Guided tour of a selected Indian cacao farm (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, or Tamil Nadu)
- Sessions with local growers and chocolate makers
- Cacao harvesting and fermentation walkthrough
- Tasting session (cacao fruit + chocolate + more produce from the farm, all based on availability)
- Lunch and local refreshments
- Transport within the destination (from meeting point)
- Curated souvenirs, based on availability
Exclusions:
Travel to the farm location (flights/trains), overnight accommodation (unless included in itinerary), personal expenses.
Total Duration: 1 full day or 2 days (based on the curated plan)
Recommended Minimum Age: 18 years and above, or 12 years and above when accompanied with an adult.
Package Capacity: 10–25 people per batch
Anything Else:
- Booking lead time is a minimum of 4 weeks.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Terms and conditions
Booking Confirmation:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 1-2 weeks prior to the workshop or tour start date. For farm tours with custom itineraries, full payment must be made once the itinerary is confirmed.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the start of the workshop or tour will be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date are non-refundable. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies, we may offer to reschedule or provide a partial refund, subject to review.
Workshop/Tour Modifications:
Any requests to modify participation (e.g., change of participant name, dietary restrictions, or specific needs) must be made at least 5 days prior to the workshop or tour. Changes to customized tour itineraries after confirmation may incur additional fees.
Inclusions:
All ingredients, materials, tasting samples, and equipment necessary for the workshop are included unless otherwise specified. For tours, inclusions will vary depending on the curated experience and will be shared during the planning phase.
Exclusions:
Travel to and from the workshop venue or tour starting point is not included unless explicitly mentioned. Accommodation and meals outside of the curated itinerary are not included.
Timing & Schedule:
Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Delays beyond 30 minutes from a participant’s end may result in a shortened experience or cancellation without refund.
Outstation Workshops & Farm Tours:
For workshops hosted in cities outside our primary base (Bengaluru), or farm tours located in remote areas, a detailed itinerary will be shared upon inquiry. Outstation service provider fees will apply for our team’s travel, facilitation, and setup. These costs will include travel, accommodation, and daily allowance, and must be confirmed in writing.
- A minimum notice of 4 weeks is required for planning an outstation workshop or tour.
- If client-initiated, the client will be responsible for covering team travel and stay unless otherwise agreed upon under a single project cost.
Conduct and Participation:
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards facilitators, co-participants, and hosts. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment without a refund.
Health & Allergies:
Please inform us in advance about any allergies or health concerns. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Photography and Media:
By participating, you agree that photographs or videos taken during the experience may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
