Join Subko Cacao at the Indian Craft Chocolate Festival for a hands-on pairing session grounded in South India’s rich terroir. We’re bringing together specialty coffees and fine cacao to see how their flavours interact, complement, and elevate one another. Through guided tastings, we’ll explore how shared origins, processing methods, and notes align to create a seamless experience.
Sukumar Maharathy is a member of the team at Subko Cacao, the craft chocolate arm of Subko, an Indian specialty coffee and artisanal bakery brand. Subko explores the connections between origin, processing, and flavour across coffee and cacao, with a focus on showcasing ingredients from the Indian subcontinent. Through this approach, Sukumar brings a perspective on how terroir, fermentation, and processing influence the sensory profiles of specialty coffee and craft chocolate.
Parking notice: The venue does not come with provision for parking, so please be mindful to arrive using public transportation, or car pool with your loved ones for a better sustainable choice!

Terms and conditions
• Tickets grant access to the festival grounds on one day only (either Day 1/2/or 3). Tickets are non-transferable once booked.
• Entry includes access to the full festival experience and unlimited stall tastings, excluding special talks, workshops and tasting sessions.
• Festival timings are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Day 1, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Day 2 and 3.
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted for tickets once booked. They also cannot be exchanged for another day or transferred to another person.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• Kindly respect the space, vendors, and fellow visitors. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
• By purchasing this ticket, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional use by The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival.
• We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, vendor list, or features due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be updated on our official platforms.
