Dona Aideau is a certified tea taster and sommelier from Assam, with deep-rooted connections to India's tea-growing heritage as a fourth-generation tea maker. She explores the art of tea pairing, bringing together her knowledge of tea varieties, aromas, and flavour profiles to create thoughtful tasting experiences. Through her workshops, Dona helps participants discover how tea and craft chocolate complement one another, showing new dimensions of flavour in each pairing.
