Martin Christy is the founder and Judging Director of the International Chocolate Awards, and the founder and Course Director of the International Institute of Chocolate & Cacao Tasting (IICCT). With over 30 years of experience in fine chocolate and cacao tasting, he specialises in sensory evaluation and flavour profiling. In this session, Martin will guide participants through a tasting of the 2026 Gold-winning chocolates, exploring the flavours and qualities that distinguish award-winning chocolate.
Parking notice: The venue does not come with provision for parking, so please be mindful to arrive using public transportation, or car pool with your loved ones for a better sustainable choice!

• Tickets grant access to the festival grounds on one day only (either Day 1/2/or 3). Tickets are non-transferable once booked.
• Entry includes access to the full festival experience and unlimited stall tastings, excluding special talks, workshops and tasting sessions.
• Festival timings are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Day 1, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Day 2 and 3.
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted for tickets once booked. They also cannot be exchanged for another day or transferred to another person.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• Kindly respect the space, vendors, and fellow visitors. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
• By purchasing this ticket, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional use by The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival.
• We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, vendor list, or features due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be updated on our official platforms.
