An exploration of the connection between cacao, breath, fungi, and creative expression.
- Mindful cacao drinking experience
- Intention setting and guided breathwork
- A reflection of fungi and transformation as we come to the end of the year
- Creative practice designed to help you connect with an intention or feeling that you can recreate at home
Kavya Peerbhoy and Arjun Lall lead Ujjayi Movement Studio, a Bengaluru-based wellness space integrating breathwork, yoga, movement, and modern respiratory science to support self-awareness and well-being.
Joining them are Prithvi Kini and Jashid Hameed, co-founders of Nuvedo, a mushroom-focused company working to bring gourmet and functional mushrooms to India through sustainable practices. Together, they bring breathwork and mushroom expertise to this immersive cacao ceremony.
Parking notice: The venue does not come with provision for parking, so please be mindful to arrive using public transportation, or car pool with your loved ones for a better sustainable choice!
