Jittranuch Bhumirat, also known as Boo, founded Boo Chocolate in 2018. The brand is based in Chiang Rai, Thailand, dedicated to the farm-to-bar philosophy. They oversee every stage of the chocolate-making process from cultivating cacao to crafting finished chocolate, using cacao sourced from their own farm and trusted local growers. They aim to create greater value for Thai cacao, with a vision to develop premium Thai cacao and craft exceptional chocolate. Boo is also committed to sharing knowledge of cacao cultivation and chocolate making with local farming communities, helping strengthen sustainable livelihoods and supporting the long-term growth of Thailand’s cacao industry.
